This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was absolutely perfect, right next to the ancient town wall. It was such a treat to be able to explore the town and walk along the walls with such convenience. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the cozy beds to the small terrace, everything was thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort. Lastly, the breakfast included in the rate was delicious and offered a wide range of options. All in all, this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

Location really close to the old city wall which is great for a walk or a 3-4 km run around Soest and a packed restaurant. A short walk to Brunsteinkapelle. Authentic rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, great value.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our Christmas stay enjoyable. the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, perfect for our needs. the key location of the hotel made it easy to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. We also appreciated the delicious dinner that was served at the hotel.
The breakfast options were limited. When we went down at 9am, there was very little selection and the plates were not replenished.

Great historical buildings and delicious food, good location close to the city center. the rooms have tea and coffee, free water, and minibars which was fantastic. Plus, the staff were helpful with carrying luggage upstairs and recommending sites to see.
Parking was impossible as we thought it was available onsite, and having to park offsite in the free public car park was concerning because it was quite far from the hotel. the stairs were extremely steep which could be a problem for some people.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. the location was perfect, close to the city centre and yet in a peaceful area. the lovely outside dining area was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. the room was spacious, quirky and had all the facilities we needed. the breakfast was continental but delicious. Friendly staff and a warm welcome added to our wonderful stay.
There was a lack of private parking. We had to park in a public car park that was quite far from the hotel.
